We have recently changed the way in which we send treatment reminders to our clients. A reminder will be sent advising you the date on which you have to give your pet their next treatment. The reminder will be worded like the example below. This is not a collection reminder.

Treatment Reminder: “Your Pet” is due a “NexGard Spectra Chewable/Bravecto etc” on “Date”. Please CALL US TO ORDER if you need more on “Branch Telephone Number”.

You only have to call us if you require anymore treatment for your pet. If your pet is a Pet Health Plan member, then we will send you a separate text to tell you when your next treatments are ready to collect.
