Sean joined the team in 2019, after previously holding management positions with the Housing Association and the Royal Navy, including spells out on the high seas! He has a degree in business and enterprise, and is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. In his spare time, he enjoys running, walking and spending time with family.
